Site operator and contact messages

Greenhouse.co.uk is operated by Master Plastics SW Ltd, The Distribution Centre, Small Street, St Philips, Bristol, BS2 0SQ. Contact form messages, your name and reply email are forwarded privately to our team to handle your enquiry. They are not published or added to a marketing list. Our website keeps a temporary keyed IP hash for up to one hour to limit spam; messages are handled in our email inbox. Contact us through the contact form about your information.

Comments

We store the name or nickname, optional region, greenhouse type, comment and submission time you supply. Approved contributions are public. Do not include an address, telephone number, email address or other private information in your comment. No email address is required.

Moderation and spam prevention

New comments are held for review. Advertising, abusive material, copied text and unrelated submissions may be rejected. An irreversible keyed hash of your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. This hash is not shown publicly. Hosting security logs may separately record IP addresses and requests.

Retention and removal

Pending and rejected submissions are removed after 90 days. Approved comments remain while relevant to the discussion. To request removal or correction, use our contact form, identifying the display name, date and text. Use the same form for privacy questions.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used for comment security and the moderation area.
